Hi, I’m Bibby.

Most people call me Bibby. I’ve spent the last decade on the technical side of things people only notice when they break: the videoboard at a game, the intercom in a producer’s ear, the network under a building, the server behind a website.

I started as a Technical Director for Fayette County schools in 2016, spent five and a half years in Kennesaw State’s Event & Venue Management (first leading the student crew, then as a full-time Technical Director), and in June 2026 moved over to manage the university’s building automation systems. Somewhere in there I also spent four years as a server engineer for a creative agency.

Outside work I’m on the air as KN4RQL, making portraits at ryan.bibby.photography, and keeping a home server called GLaDOS alive. On campus I advise the Amateur Radio Club, W4KST, and the Catholic Center, both of which I led as a student.

What ties it together: I like making things talk to each other, and I like being the reason nobody had to think about it.
